This is a way to learn how to "adapt" to these pests. MG FIVE EDUCATION hours will be available for all who attend. ERNIE

April 15 & 17, Rain Garden–2010 Storm Water Management Project. MGs will partner with Virginia Tech and the Green Circle and Rutgers University to install a rain garden. We have done this in two other locations. We will have the instruction class on April 15 at the Shenandoah County Ext. office in conjunction with the Intern class. Then the garden will be planted on Saturday, April 17. MG's will be searching for a site and will see if Shenandoah County will be available. We are also looking at some of the local HS so we can involve the HS students or FFA. This is a great opportunity to learn about rain water management and then be able to teach the program to others. If you have any questions Lynn Hoffman (Gwendydog@gmail.com).
